After some 30 years of buying new and used vehicles of all kinds, my family and I are extremely pleased to call London Mitsubishi our dealer and vehicle service centre of choice. Regardless of the car make/model you drive, new or used, you are treated like family from start to finish. For real. Randy and Audrey Collins have truly created an outstanding group of car dealerships in London and they are a model of how business should, and can, still be done today. They and their entire staff take an interest in getting to know you and you always feel that your business is truly valued. Their Service Advisors - Stacey and Brian - are friendly, highly knowledgeable, and are experts in their business. Likewise for all of their their Technicians - I trust their work and feel that they treat your car as though it is one of their very own. The Sales Advisors are great to deal with, again being experts in their field and exceptionally capable of working with you. Karrie is the best! Taking our family car to London Mitsubishi is never a chore and always a pleasure. Thank you!

I should also thank Stacey for setting up a wonderful loaner car while my Saturn was in for a tire change and routine maintenance. The car was a Mitsubishi MIrage SE - 5 MT hatchback. I work in the collector-car industry and I am around many of the finest cars ever made routinely. For a modern, daily-driver car, I can say that I would be proud to own and drive this Mitsubishi. It would be perfect as a commuter car, business/salesperson's car, or for young drivers and students for sure. The engineers have done a great job designing an outwardly small subcompact car that has amazing passenger room inside - my 3 kids are all 6-footers and they rode back to London Mitsubishi with me for over 30 minutes to return the car in total comfort. Air conditioning, power windows, power locks, a nice CD stereo, and climate-control AC - my full-size family car doesn't even have "set and forget" climate control AC. Gas mileage is phenomenal - the gauge did not move over about 115 kms of driving. The 3-cylinder engine/5-speed powertrain hase plenty of pep in town or on the 401 with cruise control set. The Mirage is a whole lot of car for the money and I have to say I was impressed with the experience. Thank you - your MIrage, plated "FUNMOBIL" is just that!

I met you last night when test driving some vehicles at the mitsubishi store. Unfortunately I did not qualify for the car I liked but I wanted to express to you how the staff treated me. You have a wonderful staff and they treated me very well. They above and beyond for a sale that didn't work out. Paul especially. He stayed late to show me what I wanted to see. And Ray was super to deal with and is a wealth if knowledge.

I am thankful for the experience and plan on coming back again when the time is right.

Nice seeing you this morning.  Thank you again for fitting my car in yesterday for service instead of today.  Completely not necessary as that I knew the appointment was booked for Tuesday anyways. 

 

I had to drop the car off on Sunday night since I was out of town on Monday and wouldn’t be in until very early Tuesday am so it was just easier to bring the car in Sunday night…..but nonetheless, it was extremely appreciated that the work was able to be done Monday instead and that I was able to pick up the car Tuesday morning!

 

I appreciate all that you have done for me!

I just love my Mirage. Had it almost two weeks now and still on my first tank of gas. Incredible mileage city driving. 447 km so far and still a quarter tank left.

My husband bought a slightly used 2008 Lancer last fall and I just wanted you to know that it is absolutely amazing in winter driving conditions. We went to Kincardine on the weekend and drove home in a pretty bad storm last night and it handled beautifully. It has snow tires which obviously helps but it was so stable that we could drive 80 kph on the snow and felt completely safe. My Malibu would still be stuck in a snow bank along Hwy 4. LOL

Roger was easy to talk to and negotiate with, there was no sales pressure or the royal run around. All my questions were answered about the vehicle and a fair price was negotiated for both the new car and my trade in, even though he knew upfront I would be looking at other vehicles and would not be signing anything the day we negotiated the price. The same cannot be said of the Toyota Dealership experience.
